CanvasSprint provides creative and multimedia services as outlined in individual project agreements. All services are delivered according to the specifications, timelines, and milestones agreed upon in the signed project proposal or statement of work.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering the following factors: the percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request, the nature and stage of the project, any irrevocable costs incurred on your behalf (such as third-party licenses, stock assets, or printing costs), and compliance with the agreed-upon project milestones.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments, minus any administrative fees or non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.

4. Cancellation During Active Projects

If you cancel during an active project, the refund will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed. Work already delivered and approved is non-refundable. Any outstanding invoices for completed milestones remain due.

5. Quality Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will review the deliverables against the agreed specifications and, if legitimate, will revise the work at no additional cost within 30 days. If revision is not possible or fails to meet the specification after two attempts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: completed and delivered work approved by the client, third-party costs incurred on your behalf (stock photography, font licenses, domain registrations), rush or expedite fees, and consultation fees for completed sessions.

These Terms of Service govern the provision of services by CanvasSprint, located at Overgade 18, 5000 Odense C, Denmark, to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

CanvasSprint provides creative, visual, and multimedia services including but not limited to brand identity design, motion graphics, editorial layout, photography direction, digital campaign strategy, UI/UX design, print production, illustration, and social media content creation. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in the individual project proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

2. Project Agreements

Each project begins with a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. The proposal becomes a binding agreement once signed by both parties. Any modifications to scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified: 50% of the total project fee is due upon signing the agreement; the remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and approval. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices, CanvasSprint transfers full ownership and intellectual property rights of all final deliverables to the client. This includes all designs, illustrations, copy, and multimedia assets created specifically for the project. CanvasSprint retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and source files remain the property of CanvasSprint unless explicitly included in the scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for: providing timely feedback within agreed review periods, supplying all necessary materials, content, and assets required for the project, ensuring all provided materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and designating a single point of contact for approvals and communications.

6. Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on the assumptions outlined in the proposal. Delays caused by the client, including late feedback, delayed approvals, or failure to supply required materials, will result in corresponding extensions of the delivery timeline. CanvasSprint is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, pricing information, unreleased project details, and trade secrets. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.

8. Limitation of Liability

CanvasSprint's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. CanvasSprint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination, including any irrevocable third-party costs. All completed work delivered prior to termination remains subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in Section 4.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, specifically the Odense District Court.

11. Amendments

CanvasSprint reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued engagement following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
